Nintendo has released a new update for the switch, which finally gives you the opportunity to organize your games on the hybrid console according to your preferences. The groups feature allows you to create your own folders and add installed software for a better overview.
Nintendo Switch: New update creates order
With update 14.0.0. you can now organize the home screen of your Nintendo Switch as you wish. Thanks to the group function, you can now create folders which you name yourself and fill with your games can. The only requirements are that you must have more than 12 games installed on your switch – and of course downloaded the update.
On your switch you can now create up to 100 different folders – and enter up to 200 games per group. Even gamers with a gigantic games library will now be able to bring order to chaos. (Source: Nintendo)
To create groups on your switch, you must go to the home menu Scroll all the way to the right and select “All Software”.. Then you click on the L button and the first time you can create a new group in a pop-up.
Now you can look in the next window choose the games you want and add them to the group.
After you create your first group, you can in the future new groups then via the “+” button Add.
Update also improves Bluetooth audio
In addition to the long-awaited feature of finally being able to classify switch games into groups, update 14.0.0 allows you to do so. moreover, the volume both via the Nintendo Switch and via connected Bluetooth devices to control.
