Big Game Boomer, which is dedicated to the Oklahoma Sooners, has Tim Tebow in that No. 1 spot for the best college quarterback ever. Yes, he didn’t pan out in the NFL but he still balled out at Florida. Baker Mayfield is at the second spot after putting up great numbers at Oklahoma. The account is definitely biased towards Mayfield, but he was pretty good when he was in Norman. He still likely isn’t the second-best college quarterback of all time…
