Lebanese police have arrested a second suspect over the horrific murder of a mother and her three daughters, whose bodies were discovered on Friday in a southern Lebanon town. Authorities named the first suspect as Hussein Fayyad and the second as a Syrian national, Hassan Ghabbash. Ghabbash was arrested in the Beqaa region of eastern Lebanon on Sunday, according to a military source who spoke to The New Arab’s Arabic-language service, reportedly as he attempted to flee the country to Syria.
