Snow squall warnings have been issued for three counties in western New Jersey Monday afternoonas small but intense bands of snow showers have been sweeping across eastern Pennsylvania and into parts of the Garden State. Some of those snow squalls could be strong enough to reduce visibility for drivers by creating brief “whiteout” conditions on roads, according to the National Weather Service’s regional forecast office in Mount Holly.
