He was taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals Service on a warrant for felony sexual battery. The sexual battery warrant for Lynch was actually put out in November. He’ll have to return to Hamilton County to face this charge. Additional details on this arrest have not been released at this time. Lynch played college football at Georgia.
