By Richard Horgan Los Angeles (Knewz) — In December, the U.S. Capitol reopened to small tours on the Senate side, limited to two groups of up to six people every half-hour between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Now comes news of a broader reopening after the pandemic to tourists starting March 28.
