Six Flags Great Adventure has increased its workers’ pay for the upcoming season, with ride operators set to receive $20 an hour on the busiest days at New Jersey’s largest theme park. Most employees will be paid $15 to $20 an hour, with people in leadership positions to get more, Six Flags said Tuesday.
