The Buffalo Sabres are nowhere near a playoff spot, so they will end up being sellers at this year’s trade deadline. General manager Kevyn Adams has indicated that Buffalo is open to any trade suggestions or ideas and is not closing the door on anything. Keep in mind that Buffalo does not have quite the attractive cache of veterans that would catch the eye of a playoff-bound team.
