Halyna Hutchins was shot and killed while filming the movie. Actor Alec Baldwin pulled the trigger but denied knowing the gun was loaded. On Feb. 15, a press conference announced the suit had been filed against Baldwin and others for her “senseless and tragic death,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.
