By Daniel Bates Sonny Gray’s time as a Cincinnati Red has come to an end. On Sunday, the team announced the trade of the two-time All-Star, who will be acquired by the Minnesota Twins. Per the Reds, “The Reds today have acquired Minnesota Twins 2021 top draft pick RHP Chase Petty in exchange for RHP Sonny Gray and minor league RHP Francis Peguero.” Gray spent the last three seasons as a member of the Reds.
