Police are asking for the public’s help to find a man who allegedly stole a car and was then involved in a hit-and-run crash that left a 63-year-old man with critical injuries. The Jersey City Police Department said officers responded to West Side Avenue and Roosevelt Avenue on reports of a crash at about 4:56 a.m. Friday.
