Those are the main reasons people quit jobs in the United States in 2021, according to a Pew Research Center study. Low pay (63 percent), lack of advancement opportunity (57 percent) and feeling disrespected at work (57 percent) were among reasons people quit their jobs, according to the Feb. 7-13 survey.
