A Downtown Jersey City high-rise was burglarized overnight Tuesday, with five vehicles broken into and garage key fobs and a gaming console stolen, authorities said. The break-in was reported to police Wednesday morning, city spokeswoman Kimberly Wallace-Scalcione said. Officers responding to the Marin Boulevard building found that a 2017 Ford Explorer, a Subaru Crosstrek, a Honda Civic, a 2021 BMW and a Toyota Camry were victimized.
