Nintendo had hidden Fire Emblem: Three Hopes in front of our eyes from the start – Exclusive

Remember, last year, Fire Emblem had celebrated its 30th anniversary by releasing a video returning to the saga in which the voice actors of the latest opus were invited Fire Emblem: Three Houses. In this one we could see strange new models for Claude and Edelgard, two of the protagonists of this episode (click here to access the original article). We then wondered what was happening around the game and if a possible update of the game or even if a sequel was in preparation. In light of the recent announcement of the spin-off developed by Koei-Tecmo Fire Emblem: Three Hopes we remembered this episode and we theorize that these costumes were not actually from Fire Emblem: Three Houses but indeed of Fire Emblem: Three Hopes. Nintendo would then have hidden this clue from us from the start more than a year before the game was announced.

Always planned for next June 24 Fire Emblem: Three Hopes therefore most likely made a surprise appearance for the 30th anniversary of the saga. The dubbing of this new game being a great opportunity to still have the dubbers of the original game under the elbow in order to shoot this anniversary video.
