It’s been over a year since NASA’s latest Mars rover Perseverance landed on Mars. Since then, it has, among other things, observed the small helicopter Ingenuity’s first flights and collected its first samples from the red planet.
Last summer, Perseverance set out on its own to explore Mars, something it has done ever since. It is currently on its way to the delta on the so-called Jezero River.
