A Palestinian teenage girl of the 1948 territories was fatally shot while looking out of her bedroom in the town of Kafr Kana in northern Israel. Razan Abbas, 17, was watching a fight outside her room after being woken by the sound of gunfire when she was hit by a stray bullet, according to Haaretz.
