On Tuesday, Dylan announced a new book called The Philosophy of Modern Song, which will be released via Simon & Schuster on Nov. 8. The book will consist of over 60 essays that Dylan wrote analyzing songs by other artists, and it’s apparently been in the works for quite some time.
