The country registered 74 more Covid-19 fatalities, a new record high of the latest wave, and 22,984 new cases during the previous 24 hours, the Public Health Ministry announced on Thursday morning. This compared with the 69 coronavirus-related fatalities and 22,073 new cases reported on Wednesday morning. There were 22,937 local cases and 47 imported ones.
