Authorities in Mercer County have identified the New Jersey woman killed when the driver of another vehicle struck her car and eight others along Route 130 in Hamilton on Wednesday. Frances Sgro, 76, of Columbus was freed from the compact SUV she was in and brought to a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
