The Department of Correctional Services (DCS) has launched an investigation into the deaths of two inmates at a Northern Cape facility. According to the department’s spokesperson Singabakho Nxumalo, three prisoners at Tswelopele Correctional Centre in Kimberley attacked prison wardens on Saturday, 5 March 2022.
