Mineral Resources Minister Gwede Mantashe has labelled those opposed to the exploration of gas off the Wild Coast in the Eastern Cape as anti-development. Mantashe was speaking during his visit to the AmaRharhabe Kingdom at Mngqesha Great Place in Qonce.
