Detectives are investigating the death of a taxi driver killed after his cab crashed in Paterson and burst into flames, authorities said on Saturday. The crash occurred about 8 p.m. Monday night on North 3rd Street, according to Mayor Andre Sayegh. Residents heard the crash and saw the taxi on the sidewalk, wedged between a parked car and a concrete wall.
