Howard, who starred collegiately at Michigan before going on to play in the National Football League, responded to a tweet from Chris Fowler. Fowler shared a photo of a bridge lit up in Ukraine’s colors. Howard, though, responded to the tweet praising Michigan. “Go Blue!” he tweeted.
