Formula One driver Nikita Mazepin and any others from Russia and Belarus aiming to compete in international motor sport events must sign a special Driver Commitment document, the ruling body FIA said on Friday. The FIA has terminated its contract with the Russian Grand Prix in the wake of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine but stopped short of an outright ban for drivers by allowing them to compete as neutrals.
