It was an emotionally draining day on Tuesday 1 March as South African rapper Rikhado “Riky Rick” Makhado was laid to rest during a private funeral. Close friends and family were present at the church to give the Sondela hit-maker a send-off worth of the legacy he has left. His wife, Bianca Naidoo, his mother Louisa Zondo and friend Sheldon Tatchell of Legends Barber were some of the mourners who paid tribute to the 34-year-old rapper who allegedly committed suicide on Wednesday 23 February.
