The incident occurred on the newly-constructed Aghdam-Fuzuli road in Aghdam’s Yusifjanli village. Khalid Mammadov, a Kurdamir region resident born in 1991, was driving a LIQONK bulldozer when he hit a mine buried by Armenian armed groups.
