A second 17-year-old has been charged in the fatal shooting of a 16-year-old Jersey City boy in December, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. The teen surrendered to detectives with the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Homicide Unit in Jersey City Wednesday. He is charged as a juvenile with murder, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose in the death of Pedro Rodriguez on Dec. 16.
