By Matt Hladik The Jacksonville Jaguars added a second kicker to their roster this afternoon, signing 26-year-old free agent Ryan Santoso. Santoso appeared in games last season with the Carolina Panthers and Detroit Lions while also spending time on the Rams and Titans’ practice squads. He converted 4-of-5 field goal attempts and 6-of-8 extra point tries. Santoso also kicked off 15 times and recorded 12 touchbacks.
