Mike White, who has been Florida’s coach for the last seven years, was tabbed as the Bulldogs’ new head coach on Sunday in a hastily called telephonic board meeting at 6 p.m. After going into executive session, the board officially approved White’s hiring by unanimous vote about 12 minutes later.
