Japan’s Sara Takanashi soared to a second season victory in the women’s ski-jumping World Cup while Austrian overall leader Marita Kramer missed the podium in fourth. Record World Cup winner Takanashi, who last month at the Beijing Olympics had again failed to a first global title, soared 130 and 132 metres on the 1994 Games large hill in Lillehammer, Norway, in the opening event of the Raw Air tour.
