The United Kingdom, as the President of the Convention on Cluster Munitions (CCM), is gravely concerned by reports of the use of cluster munitions in the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The Convention on Cluster Munitions was born out of a collective determination to address the humanitarian consequences of these weapons, which have had a devastating impact on civilians in many conflict areas.
