NEW YORK — New Yorkers spent Sunday digging themselves out from about a foot of snow that pummeled the city over the weekend. Snowfall ranged from 7.5 inches in Midtown to 13.1 inches in Bayside, Queens, according to the National Weather Service. Long Island got hit much harder, with some neighborhoods seeing about 2 feet of snowfall. There were four storm-related deaths there, including men who collapsed while shoveling snow.
