Washington: A recent study has found that intake of more than seven grams of olive oil per day is associated with a lower risk of cardiovascular disease mortality, cancer mortality, neurodegenerative disease mortality and respiratory disease mortality. The study has been published in the ‘Journal of the American College of Cardiology’.
