Forward Daniel Ginczek has left Wolfsburg after three-and-a-half years to join second-tier Fortuna Dusseldorf but back-up keeper Pavao Pervan has extended his contract with the Bundesliga club. Struggling Wolfsburg said Saturday that 30-year-old Ginczek, who joined from VfB Stuttgart in 2018, would leave after 66 total appearances and 11 goals, including strikes in the Champions and Europa League. Austria’s Pervan, 34, signed a two-year contract extension to 2024. His previous deal was due to expire at the end of the season.
