Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a South Jersey man missing since Tuesday. Jamal L. Tillman, 45, of Buena Borough, was last seen by his family in his hometown, according to police. He is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, 220 pounds, and was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, black vest and gray wool hat.
