Germany’s Green Party began the second and final day of its party conference on Saturday, during which delegates are to elect a new leadership team for the party after those currently in post have became government ministers. Under the motto “Roots for the Future,” delegates are to elect two new co-chairs to replace Annalena Baerbock and Robert Habeck, who now serve as Germany’s foreign minister and economy minister, respectively.
