General Motors Co. CEO Mary Barra and Ford Motor Co. CEO Jim Farley urged passage of President Joe Biden’s social safety net and climate policy bill at the White House Wednesday. Barra and Farley attended a meeting with Biden, eight other CEOs and administration officials to discuss how the president’s agenda would help their businesses and the economy.
