Authorities on Friday asked for tips from the public as they investigate a hit-and-run that killed a 50-year-old New Brunswick woman in Somerset County this week. Treasa M. Daye-Fennie was struck by a vehicle around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday as she crossed Somerset Street near High Street in Franklin Township, according to Acting Somerset County Prosecutor Thomas Chirichella.
