President Joe Biden named D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson as his nominee to replace the retiring Justice Stephen Breyer on the Supreme Court on Friday morning. With the selection, Biden made good on his promise to nominate a black woman to the nation’s highest court by the end of the month.
