Certain New Jerseyans in need of emergency mortgage relief because of the coronavirus pandemic will soon be eligible to apply for up to $35,000 in aid, Gov. Phil Murphy announced Monday. The money will come from $325 million in federal money as part of the American Rescue Plan.
