Frozen, chopped spinach from Lidl is being recalled due to the potential presence of listeria, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The recalled item comes in 12-ounce poly bags marked with lot #R17742 or R17963 on the back of the bag with a sell by date of Sept. 10, 2023. The recalled frozen chopped spinach was distributed to Lidl stores in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia, according to the FDA.
