A Monmouth County man was arrested about a week after police say he inappropriately touched a fellow shopper at a supermarket, authorities said. Ehab E. Nassif, 59, was charged with fourth-degree criminal sexual contact for an incident that occurred Feb. 13 to a woman inside Lidl on Route 9 South in Howell, according to police.
