A man who was apparently angry about the way his dad was treated at a North Bergen barber shop poured gasoline in the entryway and inside the business Monday afternoon, authorities said. Humberto Vanegas, 30, was arrested and charged with attempting to cause widespread harm and criminal mischief, North Bergen police Capt. David Dowd said. Vanegas is seen in a video posted on the HudPost Facebook page pouring a small portion of a plastic 5-gallon gas container outside the shop on 61st Street.
