The Federal Government has been sued by suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police, DCP, Abba Kyari, who is currently in the custody of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA. Kyari is asking the court to order the NDLEA to grant him release on health grounds pending the hearing and conclusion of his fundamental right enforcement application, which is marked FHC/ABJ/CS/182/22.
