Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba is urging the United Nations Security Council to “immediately” hold a discussion on the threat posed by Russia to Ukraine. Kuleba tweeted that the most powerful UN body should meet “to discuss urgent actions aimed at de-escalation, as well as practical steps to guarantee the security of Ukraine.”
