A New Jersey woman bought a $1 million lottery scratch-off ticket in Florida, officials said. Cleopatra Boiko, of Allenhurst, purchased the lucky $5 Gold Rush Supreme ticket at a deli on Sanibel Island, Florida Lottery officials said Thursday. Boiko opted for the lump sum payment of $880,000 when she claimed her winnings at the Florida Lottery’s Miami district office. The odds of winning $1 million with a $5 ticket are 2,423,288 to 1.
