US President Joe Biden says the risk that Russia will invade Ukraine in the coming days is “very high.” Despite claims from Moscow of a military pullback from Ukraine’s borders, Biden told reporters that Moscow had in fact “moved more troops in.” “We have reason to believe that they are engaged in a false flag operation as an excuse to go in,” the US leader added. “Every indication we have is they’re prepared to go into Ukraine [and] attack Ukraine.”
