Sandra Naeslund of Sweden has grabbed an Olympic gold medal, winning the ski cross at the Beijing Games on Thursday in a race that saw the original third place finisher off the podium. Naeslund, the reigning world champion, prevailed at the Genting Snow Park, beating Marielle Thompson of Canada who took silver.
