A Burlington County man was charged with trying to arrange a sexual encounter with an underage girl using messaging app Snapchat and may have communicated online with other juveniles, authorities said Wednesday. Hazelton Newman was arrested Tuesday after investigators served a search warrant at his Chatsworth home, according to the Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina.
