Germany’s three-time gold medallist Eric Frenzel has been nominated for Thursday’s Olympic Nordic combined team event after completing his coronavirus quarantine. Coach Hermann Weinbuch said on Wednesday he has also picked normal hill event winner Vinzenz Geiger, Manuel Faißt and Julian Schmid for the event with a large hill jump and 4×5-kilometres cross country relay.
